Kanye West Attacks Vogue Magazine Boss Because Of Kim Kardashian!

Kanye West has reportedly confronted Anna Wintour, Vogue's Chief editor, for ignoring his fiancée Kim Kardashian on Vogue Magazine’s February issue. The rapper claims it’s an insult that the reality star was overlooked in favour of multi-talented Girlswriter and director Lena Dunham.
According to RadarOnline, the hip hop artist believes Kim has a greater appeal than Lenaand argued she is just as talented as Lenaif not more. The site reported yesterday that Kanye allegedly confronted Vogue’s chief editor Anna Wintour at the Beverly Hills Polo Lounge, demanding to know why Lena had been deemed a worthy cover girl for the February’s issue.
A close source disclosed that, 'Kanye knows that it's always been a huge dream of Kim’s to be on the Vogue cover and Kanye wants to make it come true. If for nothing else, Kanye is persistent.' The source added that Kanye is bitter becauseAnna is a personal friend, saying: "To Kanye, it’s insulting that his friend Anna is still refusing to even consider putting Kim on the cover of Vogue. He thinks Anna is listening to a bunch of 'know-nothing' corporate haters, as he put it."

This is not the first time that Kanye has spoken of his desire to see his future wife appear in Vogue.
During an interview with Ryan Seacrest last year, he described Kim as 'the most intriguing woman right now' and said there was 'no way' she shouldn't appear on the cover. But Kim was conspicuously left off Vogue’s ranking of the best-dressed stars at the Met Ball Costume Institute Gala red carpet last May, when she wore a top-to-toe floral print ensemble.

According to Tyga's rep, this is "all a misunderstanding" and claims they're working to rectify the issue.

Meanwhile, Jay Z sported a tux and together, they got it on for the audience, to say the least.

An Open Letter to Maheeda from UK-Based Radio & TV Presenter, Minnie Marj

UK-based radio & TV presenter, Minnie Marj, has published an open letter to popular risqué singer, and self-acclaimed Naija Bad Girl,Maheeda.
A former gospel artiste, Maheeda, who re-invented herself last year, and invaded the Nigerian entertainment industry with a series nude and semi-nude photos, last week went a step further by releasing an X-rated video. The new video is aptly titled ‘Naija Bad Girl’, and shows multiple scenes of a nude Maheeda. One particular scene seemed to suggest that she was engaged in oral sex with an extra.
Minnie Marj has taken a stand against it though, with a 556-worded open letter which criticizes her nudity, musical artistry, lack of lyrical content, and above all her refusal to conform to Nigerian societal values. Read the full letter below.
Yeah it is about that time where I grab my laptop in order to do something that I am very passionate of: Writing and sharing my point of view.
Nope, its not about a big celebrity that misbehaved in one way or another. It is about this music video that is currently trending. That naked Lady showcasing her seduction skills rather than the usual dope, off the chain 16 BARS that we always expect a rapper to do, goes by the name of Maheeda.
This video is stirring up much controversy , due to Maheeda’s na_ked self frolicking around for some overly-hormonal Gentlemen who seem to enjoy the spectacle. It’s a shame nobody will actually really listen to the song and rate this artist according to her musical skills.
Aren’t musicians supposed to deliver vocally or lyrically? Lyrically speaking there are no punch lines in thissession. Sentences such as : Never find me in Okada…Me I break a leg BUT you break nothing…If you think sey you spoil Me I don rotten…
I’m a bad girl don’t need to be told … Ema Dami Duro… (No worries we aren’t trying to stop you) icon smile An Open Letter to Maheeda from UK Based Radio & TV Presenter, Minnie MarjMinnie Marj Maheeda And the listgoes on and on…. I actually closed my eyes because I wanted to listen to the song and give credits where it is due but in this case I will have to pass.
Credits will go to the Beat maker for a nice beat and the director for a nice video. My opinion would be different if we had a special Adult Channel where this music video and other hard_core films would be pitched to.
This is the reality and we have none of this yet on our TV channels based in Africa.
So what is Maheeda’s market actually? Who is she targeting with her visuals? Does she intend to always drop her videos on Youtube? I guess this video would probably be banned from Media houses unless they re-edit the Clean Version because the existing Clean Version isn’t really Clean to be honest with you. I am not judging anything here but please bear in mind that I am just speaking from a professional point of view.
America would love and adore this video but this is Mama Africa. Ain’t Nobody got time for that?!? Well the statistics say something else: 7K +views for the Clean version and 50K + views for the Explicit version. What happened to the Born Again musician?? Temptations,Temptations…. I would call this a Reverse Reaction aka RR.
This is what happens when you slightly believe that something will change your life because someone told or convinced you that it will do so and NOT because you deeply had the faith that it will BE so. It is not easy to keep the faith especially when times are hard. You are a true Born Again If You survive all tests God puts you through with a bigger faith than you had before.
I don’t even want to discuss about the pyramid symbol she is dancing in.I know loads of you have concluded already but please give her the benefit of doubt. To everybody out there, please make sure you really become born again because you are ready for a change and not because someone told you that you have to change.
Cogito Ergo Sum. I’m out.

Tragedy struck in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital when a 75-year old woman, Ibitokun Shewu of Ile-Alomata, Kamaldeen Street, Oke-Kere, Ilorin, died after she was hit with bullets when a gun accidentally discharged.

The urgly incident occurred at Ile-Araoyo, Alore, Ilorin, on Monday at about 8:00 pm, while the aged woman was returning home after she had paid a visit to a friend.
One of the sons of the deceased, Ibrahim Ashiriabo, who told The Herald that the family and sympathizers were just returning from burial ground where they performed the last rite for their late mother, said the sudden death of their mother was so painful but they have taken it as an act of God.
Ashiriabo alleged that one vigilante man caused the death of their mother.
According to him, the gun of the vigilante man while riding a motorcycle along Alore Area, Ilorin, with his wife and children, fell on the ground and he told his wife to pick it up for him.
“When the wife was trying to pick the gun, she mistakenly held the trigger and the gun accidentally discharged and hit the deceased in the stomach”, he said.
The deceased’s son added that their mother gave up the ghost as a result of injuries she sustinaned from the gun shot.
Contacted on the issue, the Police Public Relation Officer, (PPRO), ASP Ajayi J. Okansanmi confirmed the incident and said that the bullets also hit three persons, who were in their shop, but they were responding to treatment at a private hospital in Ilorin.
The PPRO also said that the suspect is currently in their custody undergoing interrogation and he will be charged to court as soon as investigation is completed.

Real Shocker: Keeping Up With The Kardashians May Be Terminated If Ratings Don’t Go Up!

With the lowest ratings ever, the famousKeeping up with the Kardashians  reality TV show could be stopped if nothing is done and fast. Have viewers abandoned the show after it entered its ninth season?
The first family of reality television premiered the ninth season on January 19 but the ratings for the network’s cash cow were significantly down as compared to its previous season, according to RadarOnline.
According to TV By The Numbers, last Sunday’s episode garnered only 2.56 million viewers, down almost half a million from the last season [eight] which pulled in 3.02 million viewers [premiered on June 2, 2013]
Question is: what went wrong? Too much fake drama?
While season eight focused on Kim Karadashian and the news about her pregnancy and relationship with Kanye West, the season nine premiere focused on Kris and Bruce Jenner’s split as well as
KhloeKardashian and Lamar Odom’s marriage drama. Is it that fans don’t seem to enjoy the sad part of the Kardashians’ or couldn't believe the Kardashian women could truly leave the men who have stood by them for many years?
Here is what some fans tweeted:
Tome Wes @MUfan17: Real talk, this KUWTK episode is sad. Hate to see Bruce and mom breaking up, but it's for the best. Love my family. #FlatBillKardashian
Christy Walker @LenoirCityMomma: I've been watching #KUWTK and I hate that poor @khloekardashian is going thru a lot of stuff. She's way too Beautiful for this.

APC To Block Legislative Proposals, Including 2014 Budget, New Ministers

Photo: APC to block major legislative proposals

In response to the situation in Rivers State and other constitutional breaches by the Presidency, the All Progressives Congress (APC) today directed its members in the National Assembly to block all legislative proposals, including the 2014 Budget and confirmation of all nominees to military and civilian positions to public office, until the rule of law and constitutionalism is restored.
The party also decided that if acts of impunity and lawlessness continue in the State and the Police persist in being an enforcement arm of the PDP to the detriment of its members, it would ask its teeming members all over the country and especially in Rivers to take the required steps to protect their lives and property.

The unprecedented decisions arose at the 8th regular meeting of the APC Interim National Executive Committee.
The party's Interim National Publicity Secretary, Lai Mohammed, in his statement commended courage of Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi in a face of serial attacks on his personality:
"The conduct of Governor Amaechi represents our Party's maturity and compliance with the rule of law in response to escalating impunity .The APC is very proud of him."
He cited instances of the brazen lawlessness and violations of the Constitution in the state to include the forceful dispersal of 13,201 newly recruited teachers in the Port Harcourt Stadium using tear gas; blockading the entrance to the Government House in Port Harcourt and forcing the State Governor to use another entrance; preventing an aircraft chartered by the State Governor from taking off, alleging that the Governor was trying to smuggle out a legislator wanted by the Police, for which no apology was offered to the Governor; the disruption of a peaceful rally during which Senator Magnus Abe was shot with intent to kill; the several disruptions of Save Rivers Group rallies, and the unlawful detention of anybody perceived to be a sympathizer of Governor Rotimi Amaechi, while allowing pro-Jonathan and Anti-Amaechi groups to organize rallies unmolested. APC's new decisions could start to have an immediate impact in the country in view of the recent change in the dynamics of the legislature, where power now tilts in its favour.

Full text of the APC communiqué reads:
"The APC Interim National Executive Committee held its 8th regular meeting today (yesterday). In attendance were General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu, the Governors of Rivers State Rotimi Amaechi; Lagos, Babatunde Raji Fashola; Ogun, Ibikunle Amosun; Ekiti, Kayode Fayemi; Nasarawa, Tanko Al-Makura; Yobe, Ibrahim Geidam; Sokoto, Aliyu Wammako; Adamawa, Murtala Nyako; Kwara, Abdulfatah Ahmed; Edo, Adams Oshiomhole; Borno, Kashim Shettima and the Deputy Governors of Oyo, Imo, Kano and Zamfara states and other party leaders.
"The meeting was chaired by the Interim National Chairman, Chief Bisi Akande and attended by the full complement of the Interim National Executive Committee along with the leadership of the APC in the two chambers of the National Assembly.
"The National Executive Committee of the APC commended the courage, maturity and political sagacity of Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State in the face of serial unprovoked and unwarranted assaults on his person, his constitutional rights and those of the Government and People of Rivers State. The conduct of Governor Amaechi represents our party's maturity and compliance with the rule of law in response to escalating impunity. The APC is very proud of him.
"Any cursory observer of events in Rivers State since February, 2013 will be left in no doubt as to the culture of lawlessness and impunity being promoted and supported by the Presidency, and executed by the State Commissioner of Police Joseph Mbu, who has become the defacto military Governor of Rivers State and sole administrator of the PDP in the State. "A few instances of the brazen lawlessness and violations of the Constitution will suffice here - the forceful dispersal of 13,201 newly recruited teachers in the Port Harcourt Stadium using tear gas; blockading the entrance to the Government House in Port Harcourt and forcing the state governor to use another entrance; preventing an aircraft chartered by the state governor from taking off, alleging that the governor was trying to smuggle out a legislator wanted by the Police, no apology was offered to the Governor; the disruption of a peaceful rally during which Senator Magnus Abe was shot with intent to kill; several disruptions of Save Rivers Group rallies, and the unlawful detention of anybody perceived to be a sympathizer of Governor Rotimi Amaechi, while allowing pro-Jonathan and Anti-Amaechi groups to organize rallies unmolested.
"The National Executive Committee of the APC has now resolved that if these acts of impunity and lawlessness continue unabated and the Police persists in being an enforcement arm of the PDP to the detriment of our members, it will have no alternative than to ask our teeming members all over the country and especially in Rivers State to take whatever steps that are necessary to protect their lives and property.
"Following on the forgoing and in view of the joint resolutions of the National Assembly on Rivers State, and other constitutional breaches by the Presidency, the APC hereby directs its members in the National Assembly to block all legislative proposals including the 2014 Budget and confirmation of all nominees to military and civilian positions to public office until the rule of law and constitutionalism is restored in Rivers State in particular and Nigeria in general."

SEE What President Jonathan Has To Say About The Major Problem In Nigeria

photo
"In terms of security, Boko Haram is the biggest challenge we have at the moment," the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Dr. Reuben Abati quoted the President.
Jonathan spoke during a televised debate titled, "Africa's Next Billion," held at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
His positions were contained in a snippet of the debate posted by Abati, on his Twitter handle.
President Jonathan said on Wednesday it was wrong for anybody to hold the belief that corruption was the cause of all the problems confronting Africa.
"Everything that does not happen the way it should in Africa, people say corruption is the answer. I don't agree,"Abati quoted Jonathan as saying.
The President also reportedly told the gathering that the power sector privatisation carried out by his administration was already yielding positive fruits.
He claimed that Nigerians had started witnessing increased electricity supply within a short period.
He also assured them that that positive development was just the beginning.
In a statement Abati later made available to journalists, the presidential spokesman quoted Jonathan as calling on all stakeholders in the continent to continue to work for greater security and political stability, which he described as prerequisites for sustained socio-economic development.
"Security and political stability are key to development. Investors will not come to any country that is insecure or politically unstable. Happily, many African countries now enjoy political stability. It is a major reason for the positive economic growth rates, which we are now witnessing on the continent and we must continue to do our best to maintain and expand the frontiers of political stability on our continent," Jonathan said.
He also said African governments must accord the highest possible priority to promoting inclusive economic growth on the continent to avoid problems associated with poverty and financial equality.
He said his administration was already doing a lot to enhance inclusive growth in Nigeria through policies and programmes that focussed on wealth creation rather than poverty alleviation.
He said, "Economic inclusion is very important and we are already taking necessary steps to improve financial inclusion in our country. Transforming our agricultural sector is one way in which we are doing so.
"We are doing all that we can to transform agriculture in Nigeria into a much more productive and job creating sector. We are also working to create more inclusive wealth through better education, skills acquisition programmes and policies that encourage the addition of value to our primary products before exportation."
The President said with Africa's population projected to exceed two billion persons by the year 2050, wealth creation and job creation must remain at the top of the continent's developmental agenda.
Jonathan, President John Mahama of Ghana, Alhaji Aliko Dangote and other participants in the debate agreed that the objective of achieving more inclusive economic growth would be better served, if African leaders took more positive action towards boosting intra-African trade.
He said the current situation in which only 11 per cent of Africa's total trade took place within the continent was unacceptable.
The President said that African leaders must do everything possible to remove all impediments to trade among African countries, including inadequate air and land transportation links between their countries.
He also said while Africa's private sector must play a greater role in driving economic growth on the continent, governments must remain proactively engaged in evolving and implementing policies that would enable businesses to thrive and create more wealth on the continent.
Speaking to journalists after the debate, the President said the World Economic Forum on Africa, scheduled for Abuja in May this year, would provide a platform for exhibiting the immense economic potential of Nigeria and the West African sub-region to the world's leading investors and companies.

Rick Ross buys largest home in Georgia [Photo]

Evander Holyfield made waves when he built his mega-mansion in Georgia.  Built in 1994, designed by Atlanta architects PFVS, the European inspired mega mansion has an astounding 45,000 square feet and is situated on 104 acres.  The address, 794 Evander Holyfield Highway, will at least give Holyfield some satisfaction of what once was.
This massive home now has a new owner in Miami rapper Rick Ross.  Evander Holyfield reportedly owed more than $14 million on the home and sold the home in a public auction to settle foreclosure.  The home reportedly costs $1 million annually to maintain, which should not be a shock as it is the biggest home in the state of Georgia.
The Fayetteville, GA home has 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, a massive 3-story rotunda foyer with grand marble double staircase, a banquet-sized dining room that can fit 100 people, 2-lane bowling alley and an indoor swimming pool are just some of the features on this huge home.
bighouse
Another of the homes biggest features is the 350,000 gallon swimming pool, which makes it one of the largest private pools in the US, there is also a 4000 square foot 2nd home on the property and a 7-stall barn.  Wow !!!
Rick Ross got a heckuva deal too !!  The home was reportedly built for a whopping $50 million, however Rozay was able to get the property for a steal at $7.5 million.  Considering rappers are spending $250K-$2 million on CARS, at least the home comes with 109 rooms and even a 135-seat movie theater.
Rick Ross does a lot of business in Georgia, as Atlanta has become quite the Southern music mecca and the home could very easily be used for business purposes as well as recreational.

Presidency, Finance Ministry pressuring Nigeria Customs to disown waiver abuse report indicting Okonjo-Iweala

Top hierarchy  of the Nigeria Customs Service are under severe pressure to deny abuses under  Okonjo-Iweala’s N1.4trillion waiver regime
The top hierarchy of the Nigeria Customs Service, NCS, have come under intense pressure from the Presidency and the Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, to denounce reports in the media alleging serial abuses in the N1.4trillion import tariff waivers granted by government between 2011 and 2013.
PREMIUM TIMES had on Tuesday published a detailed report, based on a document sourced from the Customs, how more than 65 percent of incentives granted as waivers and concessions for exports were for questionable goods imported by privileged cronies of those in power.
Online news website, Saharareporters and Daily Trust also reported extensively on the report.
The report contradicted the claims by the Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, and chronicled how a whooping N1.4 trillion was given out as incentives to various individuals and companies for importing goods with no direct significance to government’s purported commitment to promoting the growth of the country’s economy.
Some of the unapproved goods for which several billions of Naira were waived include rice, fish, kolanuts and household items.
The minister, who reportedly felt unsettled by the report, was said to have called the Comptroller General of Customs, Abdullahi Dikko Inde, to express the concern of the Presidency about how the highly classified information on the waiver regime was leaked to the press.
Sources close to the presidency, the finance ministry and the customs said the presidency and the ministry, claiming the report thoroughly embarrassed the government, are asking Mr. Inde to take steps to profusely deny the document originated from the customs service and describe the report as a forgery.
“The Customs Comptroller General is under tremendous pressure as we speak,” one of our sources said. “They are threatening to sack him if he does not disown the report. He loves his job and we do not know at this time if he would budge.
“He has also been asked to do discreet investigation to identify the staff who leaked the document to the media.”
The pressure on the Customs hierarchy over the report appears normal for a government which recently compelled the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Lamido Sanusi, to recant a claim in a memo to President Goodluck Jonathan that the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation had diverted more than $49.8billion (N8trilion) of the country’s oil revenue.
Mr. Sanusi had accused the NNPC of systematically diverting more than 76 per cent of revenues realized from crude oil sales between January 2012 and July 2013, paying only 24 per cent of the proceeds from all crude oil sales within the period into the federation account.
Angered by the memo, the Presidency reportedly called the CBN governor and threatened to sack him if he did not deny the report, which was considered embarrassing and in bad taste.
The governor was to later address the press in company with Mrs. Okonjo-Iweala and her counterpart in the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke, to announce that a part of the missing funds had been reconciled. The Mrs. Okonjo-Iweala claimed only $10.8billion was outstanding while Mr. Sanusi said at least $12billion had not been accounted for
Mrs. Okonjo-Iweala, had in her response to the 50 questions posed to her by the House of Representatives Committee on Finance on the state of the country’s economy, said only about N171billion was lost to waivers and concession for the three years.
PREMIUM TIMES findings, however, fundamentally contradicted the Minister, with the true figure found to have been higher by about 741 per cent.
Still, the minister insisted on Monday, at the presentation of the 2014 budget in Abuja, that the figure was not a “loss” to the nation, as granting of import waivers and concessions was a policy adopted by advanced countries to grow their economy and create jobs.
“These policies, which come in significant figures in several billions of Naira, are what enable the manufacturing industries to be competitive and be able to expand, despite the constraints of competition, and production, to be able to create jobs,” she said.

GaGa Is Desperate Lady Gaga Frustrated Over Court Battle With Ex-Boyfriend - Fortune Secrets May Pop Out!

Pop queen Lady Gaga has filed a motion to seal portions of the proceedings on the on-going court battle between her producer/ex-boyfriend Rob Fusari  and another lady,Wendy Starland who are claiming royalties over her millions and fame. Gaga is obviously afraid of what documents the back and forth discovery phases between the two, could possibly expose; but why?

According to RadarOnline, the superstar is scared that documents that contain sensitive financial information regarding a settlement she entered into with her ex, Rob Fusari years ago, could show up causing her more than just losing some cash.
Reports claim that in 2010 Fusari filed a $30.5 million lawsuit against Gaga claiming he was denied a 20 percent share of her song royalties for hits he claimed he co-wrote likePaparazzi, Beautiful, Dirty, and Rich — also claiming he helped transformed Stefani Germanotta (her legal name) intoLady Gaga. But now Fusari is fighting off a lawsuit himself filed by Wendy Starland, who claims she helped him discover the pop star and wants her commission.
Afraid of what the above battle could bring out, Gaga has filed another document - filed on her behalf by attorney Sandra A. Crawshaw-Sparks in New Jersey – stating that details involved in the settlement agreement she made with Fusari are not to be revealed.
According to RadarOnline, "Gaga claims in the court papers that the strictly confidential agreement contains information that if exposed, would damage her career. Crawshaw-Sparks asked the records be sealed before they are filed and the judge has yet to respond with a ruling."

Jay Z Slammed With $600M Trademark Lawsuit Over Brooklyn Nets Brand

Rapper and businessman Jay Z has been named as a defendant in a $600 million lawsuit by a disgruntled entrepreneur, Dr. Francois de Cassagnol, who claims the rapper trademarked the name Brookyln Netslong before the NBA team ever moved out of New Jersey.
According to RadarOnline, The Plaintiff, Dr. Francois de Cassagnol, filed a pro se complaint with the Eastern District of the State of New York on December 9, 2013, asking for a juried trial over the matter — and $600 million in damages, at least. "This just adds tohis list of problems – Even though Jay Zsold his shares of the team to Jason Kidd late last year after opening his own sports agency firm, he still owns a percentage of the Nets' home, Barclays Center.

According to court documents obtained by the site, de Cassagnol claims that the NBA, Jay Z, and developer Bruce Ratner "fraudulently conspired" to use "loopholes' in the U.S. Patent Office so that they could use a term he says he registered more than ten years ago.
Reports have confirmed that indeed, documents submitted as evidence show that de Cassagnol filed applications in 2012 for "The Brooklyn Nets Entertainment Logo," which was first used in the State of Louisiana back in 2003. He even claims that before the team moved to Brooklyn, he spoke with officials at the New Jersey Nets organization and the NBA who assured him that the team would not use the term 'Brooklyn Nets", but would most likely opt for 'New York Nets." Unfortunately, he claims, “It was pure mismanagement of the facts.”
In 2012, the team announced they would go by the name “Brooklyn Nets,” and ever since, de Cassagnol has been entangled in a legal struggle trying to get what he says is his due.
According to RadarOnline, "A previous appeal to the Patent Office found in favor of the NBA. Documents from that proceeding show that the review board determined de Cassagnol had filed his paperwork long after reports emerged about the team moving to Brooklyn, and that 'none of the described uses' of his Brooklyn Nets businesses were significant enough to overrule the NBA’s federal trademark application. De Cassagnol initially filed with the State of Louisiana.'
Since the value of the New Jersey Nets increased several hundred million dollars upon their move to Brooklyn, Cassagnol says, he is asking a court to award him at least $600 million, and to prevent the NBA and affiliated organizations from using the term “New Jersey Nets.”

Justin Beiber: My mum gives me drugs

Justin Bieber just ratted on one of his drug suppliers to police -- telling cops, HIS MOM is the one who gave him the prescription medication he took shortly before his DUI arrest.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, cops grilled Bieber on what substances he had ingested before his arrest ... and the singer admitted he was under the influence of Rx meds, alcohol, and weed.

When asked what kind of Rx meds, we're told Bieber said anti-anxiety (such as Xanax) but he wasn't sure exactly what kind ... because he just takes whatever his mom Pattie gives him.

It's unclear if he has his own prescriptions for the drugs -- and his mom just handles them -- or if he's using his mom's prescriptions ... which would be illegal. If Bieber does have a valid prescription , the presence of the substance in his system probably won't be held against him.

As we reported, when police raided Bieber's house following the infamous egg attack, they found Xanax pills in the home ... so it all syncs up.

As we reported, Bieber also allegedly had a blood alcohol level of .04 ... and that will definitely come back to bite him in the ass.

Bieber's mom has been reached ... so far, no comment.

LASU Students Disrupt Exams, Stone Vice Chancellor

The protest which started Wednesday over the closure of the university’s registration portal, led to stoning of the University Vice Chancellor Prof. John Obafunwa, as he tried to evade the riotous students who had blocked the main gate and made bonfires on the Lagos-Badagry expressway.
A witness told P.M.NEWS Thursday that students threw sticks and stones at the Vice Chancellor’s convoy as he made to escape through an alternative route beside Connoil Filling station.

Trouble started in the university when the VC decided not to open the registration portal for over 2,000 students who are yet to register their second semester courses as exams was to begin Thursday, even though the banks are still collecting school fees from students, whose hope of registering gets slimmer by the day.
According to the students, only 708 were able to register before the portal was shut again leaving, 1292 students to their fate.
When the students union government went to plead on behalf of the students, the VC was reported as saying those yet to register are insignificant and would automatically have to carry the session over, a statement which infuriated the students and they decided to take laws into their hands.
A 100 level Political Science student, Adesegun Bisuga, laments the hard-line stand of the VC, saying he is inconsiderate.
“I personally don’t know why the VC decided to take that kind of hurting decision looking at the high fees the students are paying and after they struggle to pay, the VC denied us registration which will lead to the students having carry covers and extra year(s),” he said.
During an audience with the Vice Chancellor by members of the student union body, it was reported that the Vice Chancellor said 11,300 students, have registered so far, and the remaining the 1292 students crying foul falls in the rank of the minority.

Efforts to speak with the Dean of Students Affairs, Prof. Kabiru Akinyemi, was not successful as he said he cannot comment on the matter now. Calls put across to the Vice Chancellor were also ignored.
The speaker of the Students Parliamentary Council,  Sodiq Adewunmi Sanni, while speaking with our correspondent, advised that the university management should consider the students in view of the outrageous school fees they are paying.
“The university management needs to consider the students, they are paying the highest school fees for a state university in Nigeria. Even though I am not affected, the students’ school fees is outrageous. They have gone through a lot and to now deny them registration is not in anybody’s good interest.
“I would advise that the management postpone the exams till next week, so as to accommodate the 1292 students that are yet to register. That is not a figure to over look,” the speaker said.
